31 Rolls of Rescued Film from WWII
Photographer Levi Bettweiser, founder of the Rescued Film Project, recently secured 31
undeveloped rolls of film – all shot by one solder – during World War II. In the images,
the soldier records his time out of combat, waiting on busses, trains, ships, and trekking
across snowy fields and desert sand.
